How many pizzas fit in a Gozney?

Gozney pizza ovens are designed to cook one pizza at a time. The Dome S1 can accommodate pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter. The Roccbox is also suitable for pizzas up to 16 inches. While fitting two pizzas might be technically possible, it’s not recommended due to maneuvering limitations In general, it’s best to stick with one pizza at a time for optimal cooking and handling within the oven.

Can the Gozney Dome stay outside?

Yes, the Gozney Dome is designed to be an outdoor oven. However, to extend its lifespan, it’s best to keep it covered when not in use. Gozney recommends using a Dome Cover, which is specifically designed to protect the oven from the elements. But any heavy-duty waterproof covering will suffice.

What kind of gas bottle does Gozney use?

Gozney ovens are designed to work with standard sized propane tanks that are typically used with outdoor grills and patio heaters.
