We work with Amish shed manufacturers based in Lancaster County, PA who have earned a reputation within the outdoor structures industry for quality, dependability, and some of the best workmanship you will find in storage sheds anywhere.
Do your outdoor structures come with a warranty?
Yes. Our sheds and outdoor structures come with a 10-year limited warranty from any manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear and tear.
What types of patio furniture do you carry?
Do you deliver patio furniture?
Yes, we offer delivery for patio furniture purchases and grills. Delivery costs are based on the items purchased (with or without setup) and the delivery zip code.
What do you put under a backyard playset?
Rubber mulch or wood mulch are the two ground cover materials we offer for playsets. Rubber mulch is ideal because it doesn’t wear down like wood and is softer than wood mulch.

How much do Green Egg grills cost?
While Big Green Egg grills might be slightly more expensive than other grills, you get longevity and arguably one of the best grills in terms of food flavor and cooking options. Prices can range from about $400 up to over $2,000 for larger grill sizes.

Do I need a permit for a backyard structure, shed, or playset?
Playsets do NOT require a permit. Most townships require a zoning permit for most sizes of sheds, gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas. Some townships only require a permit for sizes over 100-200 Sq. Ft, but it is important to contact your local township office for your specific regulations.

Do you offer site preparation services?
We offer our own in-house site preparation services, including site leveling, stone pads, concrete piers and retaining walls.
What is your delivery service area?
We offer delivery and set-up in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York for your convenience!
How much room is needed for the delivery truck?
Ideally, it’s best to have at least the width of your building plus 2 feet of delivery space with straight access. So, if your structure is 10 feet wide, it’s best if we have 12 feet of total clearance. If we can’t back straight up to the site, then more space will be required or additional delivery services, such as a “mule” delivery or build-on-site.
How much does delivery and setup cost?
