We offer assembly and delivery services from both of our locations (Easton and Allentown).
Frequently Asked Questions
Is assembly free with purchase or is there a service fee?
There is a $49 assembly fee if you would like the grill assembled upon purchase*. Our team will help you load the grill into your vehicle either assembled or in a box. We recommend bringing a pickup truck to transport an assembled grill. (*We cannot always assemble the same day)
Do you assemble any grill you sell or only select models/types?
We can assemble any grill that we sell.
Are the grills delivered fully assembled?
If you choose the “Delivery With Setup” option, the grill will be delivered fully assembled. The delivery with set-up fee will vary depending upon the distance from the store location (measured by zip code).
Will I get a call on the delivery day with an estimated time window?
We call and/or email you the day before delivery with a two-hour delivery time frame.
Does the assembly team connect the propane or gas supply to the grill?
Due to liability reasons, our team cannot hook up the fuel source. It is your responsibility to hook up the propane tank or natural gas line.
Do you haul away the old grill?
No, we do not offer haul-away service for old grills.
Is there any sort of guarantee on the assembly work?
If our crew assembles the grill, we take responsibility if something was set up wrong.
