Do you offer site preparation services?
We offer our own in-house site preparation services, including site leveling, stone pads, concrete piers, and retaining walls.
What is your delivery service area?
We offer delivery and set-up in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York for your convenience!
How much room is needed for the delivery truck?
Ideally, it’s best to have at least the width of your building plus 2 feet of delivery space with straight access. So, if your structure is 10 feet wide, it’s best if we have 12 feet of total clearance. If we can’t back straight up to the site, then more space or additional delivery services, such as a “mule” delivery or build-on-site, might be needed.
How much does delivery and setup cost?

The Delivery Process for Sheds, Gazebos, Grills, & Furniture
Shed/Gazebo Delivery & Install
We will deliver and place any structure you buy from us, assuming there is open access to the delivery site. We will use a pickup truck with a 26′ tilt trailer to deliver and place your structure.
We will deliver anywhere in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Patio Furniture Delivery
We will deliver most new furniture completely assembled and ready for you to enjoy.
Berlin Gardens furniture comes in boxes, so you will be responsible to set up and dispose of packaging material. Optionally, we will deliver these items, set them up, and dispose of the packaging.
Grill Delivery & Setup
Looking for assistance for setting up your new grill? You have come to the right place!.
We offer grill assembly and delivery services from both of our locations (Easton and Allentown).
Delivery Options for Tight Spaces
“Mule” Delivery
If your backyard has limited access or tight corners, we offer a solution called Mule Delivery. The Mule is a compact, maneuverable machine that simplifies installation in challenging locations.
Here’s how it works:
– The Mule lifts one end of your structure, allowing us to place the other end on wheels.
– With a footprint that extends only 5 feet from the building, the Mule navigates tight corners with ease.
– Steep inclines and soft ground are no match for the Mule, minimizing damage to your yard while ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Build-On-Site: Sheds, Garages, and Other Structures
Don’t have access for delivery of a pre-built structure? We offer build-on-site services for an additional charge. Contact us for a quote.
Preparing for Your Structure
Basic Site Prep Includes:
Leveling the ground 1′ larger than the size of the structure, up to a 12″ slope. We then install a gravel foundation using “crusher-run” gravel. We back all site preps with a 1-year warranty.
Structure Removal & Disposal
We offer complete removal and disposal of your old building. You are responsible to have the building empty and ready for demolition prior to our crew’s arrival.
Note: Site prep does not include the removal of dirt from your property. You will need a place on your property to deposit the extra topsoil. We offer dirt removal options as needed.
