After you order your backyard structure, we’ll give you a preliminary timeframe for delivery.

Once your structure is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient installation date and time that works best for your schedule.

We may need to reschedule installation due to severe weather conditions to ensure the safety of our team and your property.

Structure Delivery & Installation
We deliver and place any structure we offer, using a pickup truck with a 26′ tilt trailer to deliver and place your structure.
We deliver anywhere in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Patio Furniture Delivery
We offer delivery for all of our furniture. You have the option to get it delivered completely assembled and ready for use, or disassembled in boxes. We also offer disposal of boxes and packaging materials.
Grill Setup & Delivery
Looking for assistance for setting up your new grill? You have come to the right place!
We offer grill assembly and delivery services from both of our locations.
Additional Structure Services
Site Preparation
Site preparation creates a solid foundation and ensures sufficient water drainage, prolonging the life of your structure. All site preparations come with a 1 year warranty and are completed by our in-house professionals.
Standard Site Preparation: Includes ground leveling, followed by a layer of crushed stone. This is the perfect selection if you plan to add landscaping around your structure.
Deluxe Site Preparation: Includes ground leveling, followed by a layer of crushed stone. Pressure treated 4″ x 4″ ties around the perimeter of your site helps keep the stone from being dragged into the grass, and creates a finished look.
Note: Site prep does not include the removal of dirt from your property. You will need a place on your property to deposit the extra topsoil. We offer dirt removal options as needed.
Mule Delivery
If your backyard has limited access or tight corners, we offer a solution called Mule Delivery. The Mule is a compact, maneuverable machine that simplifies installation in challenging locations.
Here’s how it works:
– The Mule lifts one end of your structure, allowing us to place the other end on wheels.
– With a footprint that extends only 5 feet from the building, the Mule navigates tight corners with ease.
– Steep inclines and soft ground are no match for the Mule, minimizing damage to your yard while ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Build On-Site
Don’t have access for delivery of a pre-built structure? We offer build-on-site services for an additional charge. Contact us for a quote.
Structure Removal & Disposal
We offer complete removal and disposal of your old building. You are responsible to have the building empty and ready for demolition prior to our crew’s arrival.
